Beyond 30 miles, $0.70 a mile. Cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at half.

Questions

Before you book.

How quickly will I have the photos?−
Twenty four to forty eight hours from the shoot, depending on the package. If a listing goes live sooner than that, ask about rush delivery when you book and I will tell you straight whether it is possible.
Do I need to be at the property?+
No. Lockbox, keypad or Supra all work. Send access instructions with the booking and you will hear from me when I arrive and when I am clear of the property.
How should the home be prepared?+
Lights on, blinds open, counters clear, cars off the driveway, and pet bowls and toys put away. A one page prep sheet goes out by email the day before, so nobody is guessing.
Can you fly a drone at any property?+
Nearly anywhere, with the checks done first. I hold an FAA Part 107 certificate, carry insurance on every flight, and file for airspace authorization where it is required. That comes up near JAX and Cecil Field in Jacksonville, and around Kings Bay in Camden County.
What happens if the weather turns?+
We reschedule, at no charge. Exteriors and aerials need usable light, and a gray sky listing serves neither of us.
Who owns the images?+
You receive a license to market that property on the MLS, your site, in print and on social, for as long as you need it. I retain the copyright and the right to show the work in this portfolio.
